Ok, so...Well, we're about to do a marketing and ad campaign to drive potential customers to the site but we need peogrammers, developers, and writers etc, already signed up who can bid on and accept the work when it comes in.

$10 to use on the site. This will be different from the money you would earn for doing work.
Can I have this money/credit sent to my paypal account?Unfortunately no, you will have to use the credits on the site to upgrade your account etc.
How do i know when I got the monies... I like money....My your account click on membership and from the upgrade section you will see how many credits you have to spend.
