This is not the rally, the pump will arrive when more people send transactions with Lightning speed and transactions cost much less than it currently is.

You need to have a crystal ball to predict the price (at least in short-term). But there is one obvious pattern - after big dips there is a rally and after big rallies there is correction

No I don't think people should be drawn in now.  The price is too high for me.  I am hoping for a low price then I can buy and at least have a chance of a profit.

I realize that the market is under a lot of pressure and this makes the coin very volatile. Bitcoins are very low value and I bought into bitcoin at this price. I think bitterness and the market rebounded in March as investors returned from Asia after the Lunar New Year holidays, which would be a good time for the market.

The drop was caused by news that China intends to further regulate the cryptocurrency market.
The news that South Korea intends to close the encrypted money market has been confirmed as a fake, so I think the market will gradually regain confidence, and now it is the low price of bitcoin.

The future of bitcoin is not known, it could go up or down, and no one can give a definitive answer.
Because now the price of bitcoin may be controlled by some people at some time
 or it may fall due to bad news, a good news is rising.

The price of bitcoin has never been stable, it is a volatile market and so, nobody has been able to predict even what will happen in February.

Meanwhile, what is currently driving the market is anxiety steming from news around bitcoin collapse and crash but it is definitely going to get back soon.

For my point of view, BTC now is in healthy status, its price is around 10k-12k for a while.

By end of Feb, when Chinese people back from their long holiday, the BTC prices will be up around 15k and stable at that price for months before go to moon again.

As it stands now, I don't think anyone can boldly predict the price of bitcoin for now. For the past weeks now the price of bitcoin have not bee n encouraging at all in times of increase in price. Looking back the speed at which the price increased between November to December 2017 and this January 2018, you will understand that the price is not encouraging for now.
