My friend and I both log into the bitcointalk account on an ip address, do not know if it has any effect?  Huh Huh Huh

I think it is ok unless you spam or do something weird, i know a crypto friend whose all family members have a bitcointalk forum account on same ip, so it is not a problem.

I don't think so. Multiple accounts per IP is allowed here. Just make sure you don't do something stupid probably like spamming referral links or spamming unnecessary stuff; as you can probably both get banned  by doing so, as both of your accounts are registered and being logged in on one single IP address.

It is better not to do it, in general, especially if there are money involved. But you should be totally fine, as long as you don't abuse the referral system, as other members have told you already.

You can have multiple accounts here, just don't spam and write useful things!
