We've raised about 10 ETH for now,~2% of total sum. Not big but more important that we found investors, - so R&D and promo we found who will fund. So, pre-sale is now going just for currency population... and just for people thats want to invest some.
More information about investors, advicers and roadmap updates we'll publish when all the papers will be signed, I hope it happens on this week but you know it could take some time. Important moment - its became more clean with marketplace, we met specialists that helps us.

DapCash is going to became really serious buisness, we have to prepare really exciting ICO.

After some extensive research I finally settled to buy tokens. I plan to let them sit for a year or two. In addition to programmers, there are two people. I'm a manager and Yaroslav is a consultant. All these people are listed as team members. You can ask each of them, if you wish.
The people we hire, but who did not make a labor contribution to the project - are not listed as team members on the site.

We have big changes:
 - We move release to December and pre-sales till August.
 - With current pre-sale speed we should rise about 10-50% of hard cap
 - Till the August we'll work with another project Kelvin that will be based on current DapCash code. After August DapCash will be restarted based on the Kelvin code
 - On the Kelvin project Demlabs should rise all the funds that we need.
 - DapCash ICO also will be on the Kelvin platform. That makes all the things easier because we don't fit ERC20
 - DapCash and Kelvin will have little different set of technologies, mostly related with services - tor-like VPN looks goes in DapCash, smart contracts exactly in Kelvin.
 - Exchange between DapCash pre-orders and Kelvin tokens would be able at August-September, after Kelvin release.
 - Refund requests are guaranteed to be executed.

That's all should give us guarantee that we collect investments, and run DapCash, current estimate for DapCash is 21 December 2018. Also it keeps the project independent - we'll earn funds for DapCash with the Kelvin project.

About pre-sale, it will be longed till the August. Only discounts will be lesser from 1st March, we don't need to collect monies quickly to start now - we have some funds for beginning, all the rest we could rise slowly. so at March pre-sale discount will be lowered to 20% at May became 10%.

Today was first public presentation of Kelvin/DapCash technologies on Quantum Technologies Conference at Moscow.

Best way we expect to do that in cloud. Or collect old smartphones, ming is CPU optimized.

There is idea to make "rat miner" - collect dead smartphones, sold out CPU's and place them on special board for only mining, nothing else. That should be cheapest way to mine the DapCash coins.
