How people add it to their site is going to greatly depend on their technical proficiency and possibly whatever their software/host restricts them to. One of the reasons I made BTCimg.com was because almost anyone can add an image or modify CSS. Otherwise, you'd probably have to rely on an IFRAME (yuck!) or some JavaScript if you want the data to be embeddable. The calculator part itself is easy--see this defunct site for an example. Even though I turned off the rate updates, a little dash of JQuery does most of what's needed.

There's more to it than that. You need an idea that you implement properly and market. The marketing is as valuable as the first two.
