Quark Miner for Nvidia GTX 1080

can someone tell me the best miner for Quark.

I found a new Coin that I will mine with this algo.

The only thing I could find relating to a GPU Quark miner was SPH-SGminer linked here, and it seems to be old and unsupported now. Should be worth a shot still.

As I recall, Quark is one of the algorithms supported by the original Baikal ASIC miners.

 Probably a waste of time trying to set up a GPU miner for it, you might want to check first to see if I'm remembering correctly.

It can be mined, but since it is ASIC algo, you will be at a loss.
The only way to make profit is to catch a coin from the start very quickly before any serious ASIC miner joins.

To late for that.  They are already all over it.  The problem with quark is ASIC will kill the coin.  Look here at all the quark conis.  Nobody mining them anymore because they are pretty much dead.  Quark is for the short term only.

Agree with this since OP said he found a new coin just launch few days he can start mining with GPU. You can mine this quark algo with ccminer and sg miner for AMD cards.

But if the new coins just launched a week ago I think much better to forget mining it.

If you wan't to find other coins to mine much better to check this useful tool that I use for a long time to find which coin is the best to mine.
