Ethos Question

Hi Everyone,
I am a beginner for Mining Rig. I need help for installing Ethos on my first GPU mining rig.
I bought ethos usb from GPUshack. I power on the rig with ethos usb put in it. But nothing happens and there is no Ethos coming up. I thought this usb is simply plug and play, but Do I have to do before it? Do I need to set up bio, or something? Thank you.

You need to configure your motherboard bios to boot from USB.
