Is there anything similar to myetherwallet

 I mostly like my ether wallet to make my transactions but lately and I'm having some trouble with transactions and I just don't seem to be able to get it to work  offline.  Does anyone know if there is something similar out there at least simple and effective and does not require to download the full chain?

There is Metamask that can be installed as an extension in Google Chrome from the Chrome
app store. After MEW, Metamask is the most popular Ethereum and ERC20 token wallet.

When you say you have been having issues with transactions, what types of trouble are you seeing?  Is it withdrawing from exchanges, sending payments, not seeing alts?
