Everyone having the issue of simple wallet showing 0 received blocks.

You need to restore your wallet via the seed that was given when the wallet was created.

To do so, create a .bat file and place following commands in it:

for linux: ./stellite-wallet-cli --restore-deterministic-wallet

for win: stellite-wallet-cli.exe --restore-deterministic-wallet

save and start the .bat file.

It will ask you to name your restored wallet, set a new password and type in the seed.

When launching simple wallet afterwards, it will receive blocks and your balance will be shown.

Thanks for that! Worked first go Cheesy

I just finished importing my wallet, thankfully no issue beside from the heart-stopping warning:
WARNING: no two valid StellitePulse DNS checkpoint records were received.
After few seconds it continue with the synchronization! Thank God! I already mined for few hours before i checked if the wallet is working.  Grin Grin Grin

Looking forward to whitepaper and other updates! By the way, I believe Telegram is a good place to get more people involved here. Most ICO's are using it.

Edit: Are there any existing apps that we can use to mine this on a mobile?

The total supply doesn't matter if you're worried about making money on this coin. What matters is the market cap. Also, their goal is to have their coins in the hands of as many people as possible so 21 billion is a reasonable amount so that they don't become so rare that people cannot get their hands on them.

I am trying to Solo with XMR-Stack but the daemon seems to fail my verification, it keeps giving me "failed to match first line method login" messages. I know the login info is correct because if it wasn't my CLI wouldn't be able to communicate with the daemon... Anyone have any idea what's going on here...?

You can't solo with xmr-stak, it only has stratum (pool) support.

Since the white paper is not there yet, here I propose two potential changes to the coin:

1) Proof of stake (maybe a combination of PoS and PoW) -- in this way, mobile mining is feasible.
2) Pool restriction: if a pool has more than 1/5 hashing power, then the pool has to divide -- in this way, decentralization can be guaranteed.

try this

Everyone having the issue of simple wallet showing 0 received blocks.

You need to restore your wallet via the seed that was given when the wallet was created.

To do so, create a .bat file and place following commands in it:

for linux: ./stellite-wallet-cli --restore-deterministic-wallet

save and start the .bat file.

It will ask you to name your restored wallet, set a new password and type in the seed.

When launching simple wallet afterwards, it will receive blocks and your balance will be shown.

Why some pools show network hashrate 1.06 MH/sec (http://cryptoknight.cc/stellite/) and other 528.01 KH/sec (http://89.221.212.71/)? Are they mining different version or something like that? If they are on different chain which is the right chain? thanks
