70 bucks is something . if you are here for gambling , i wouldnt suggest getting any top 50 coins , they are known and you would prefer find something under the radar to get a really good return.

Unless you find a coin under the radar with a great project by yourself , you should take a look at etherjack.io.

You dont have to spend everything in it anyway , but the ICO phase just started and still a lot of tokens to grab.
It will be only go up in value with more exposure and after people get to know the game.
