Yes I think it's been lowered to 1000 satoshi, still fun to play with but not crazy generous like it was.  Unfortunately, some people were really abusing it.

I think that was the idea . So yeah, unless you could actually keep the money you get from the faucet while still being able to request every minute it would be pretty much impossible to get a profit.

I really dont understand your question, you can get 0.00001 BTC every minute as long as your balance is 0 BTC
