I have a wallet with BTC in it, problem is I have good fiber internet (100Mbit), still I can download weeks and it still is not completing the blockchain.....

Is there anyway for me to move my wallet.dat somewhere so I can get my BTC without downloading blockchains?

Try blockchain.info but you'll have to get your keys out

Restarting the client will connect you to new peers, which can potentially improve download speeds. Or use the blockchain torrent https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=145386.0

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.

Extract keys [for example using pywallet] and import them into electrum.

So is this the easiest and fastest way?
Use pywallet to extract then import to electrum?

Are there any guides for this?
