Miner stop working whenever i do any changes in windows or gpu

Guys i am running sapphire rx570 pulse 4gb and use claymore dual miner. I am facing a serious issue from a long time and need help. Everytime i do any changes in windows and card drivers or anything even if the system turned off suddenly due to power cutoff, the miner stop working and than i need to make a new administrator window account to make it work again. Tiered of doing this. I updated the driver, turned off the windows defender and updates but nothing happening. Please suggest me the solution for this.
