Hitbtc has taken my money I have to do

I am a Vietnamese in my country of trade and mining for a year. I was guided by my friends and I bought 10,000 KBR coin on HitBtc. This may be a small amount of money for other countries but this is my 2 working months [outdoor worker]. I spent four days writing multiple applications thanks to support but full silence. Now I do not know what to do . My family needs that money for my children to study . Now I have to do to get that money .. help me ...

I also have not encountered problems when using their exchange. I think that you need to write in support and the issue will be resolved

Can you be a bit more clear on the issue you are facing? Are you trying to withdraw the coins or deposit it?

Secondly, what were you thinking before investing recklessly and listening to some friends. You might not be in the same financial situation as your friends. Ever heard of the phrase: Invest how much you can afford to loose

There is nothing you can do about your problem other than waiting in patience for the support to respond. Hope it gets resolved ASAP and a lesson learnt.

the op clearly states that he buys a coin at hitbtc and i suspected the coin doesnt appeard in his balance or in short he didnt recieved the coins upfront after paying it although he already had a transaction receipt or record at the etherscan.io so i guess this is just a delayed caused by a network congestion. @op if you belived that you had entered a correct deposit address then i suggest you must wait for a while as your coins will maybe delayed.

if so, try to send a ticket? wait for catch from hitbtc. not all coins transferred directly into the account. I've sent some tokens to hitbtc, status has been successful but not yet landing to my account. but after I sent the ticket, my problem was solved.

Never used hitbtc but if this happens the greatest thing that you have to do is to contact or send them a complain ticket.

It seem that you are not the only one that has this problem, a lot of complainants in this thread too - HitBTC scam!

You are not the only one who do suffer such problem when It comes to non credited balance of coins being sent. For now don't stop on messaging or contacting them but do it once in a while not sort of spamming.
I don't have much problem with hitbtc when it comes to btc deposits and withdrawals. I didn't even try on alts though. Very sad to hear on your situation where those money are allocated for your family. Next time only make trading on the amount which is just extra not for those important funds.
