Hi,

for my ETH paperwallet (that I have intention to create) I would need a template like the one in https://bitcoinpaperwallet.com/ by Canton Becker. I don't like the standard one of myethwallet, not only for aesthetic reasons but mainly because the Private Key is not hidden by folding.

ethaddress.org git repo seems to not beupdated since long time and I dunno if it still works.

Can you suggest some other alternatives ?

(No scam alternatives , of course Cheesy )

Why would you risk to use this physical wallet?the website looks rubbish too,if you want to fold you paperwallet using the standard MEW wallet you can print your wallet then you can fold it,put it in your folders does it make sense?do not be fooled by these wallets from unknown developers they might steal all your keys.

You should try MyEtherWallet (MEW) - https://www.myetherwallet.com. It is a great and safe service for ETH wallets. They also have option for creating paper wallet, so check it out. I hope this will be helpful.  Smiley

Maybe my bad English triggered a misunderstanding here. I try to re-explain my request but first some clarification:

1.
https://bitcoinpaperwallet.com by canton backer is not a scam or rubbish whatever. It is a well known fork from bitaddress project. It is a website you can download and use offline for generate public/private keys for bitcoin and other few altcoin like litecoin.

2.
As statedin my first post I already know myetherwallet project but I don't like their paper wallet template. That is the reason of my thread. I am asking if someone of you here knows an alternative to myetherwallet.

Of course I could see the code of myetherwallet, fork it and create my custom template but honestly I don't have enough knowledge and time to do it.

If you are tech savvy you may want to get a look at this https://ethereum.stackexchange.com/questions/103/is-there-a-way-to-generate-ethereum-paper-wallets

They teach you how to create one using a virtual machine running Ubuntu and Geth, otherwise I can't think about an online service that can provide high entropy paper wallets for ETH.

Yeah that is exactly what I was starting to do yesterday night at home. I was wondering if there was some "already cooked meal". I work in IT and I don't like a lot to "ITing" also at home Cheesy
But apparently it seems I will have to prepare by myself this meal.
