The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

There is no signature campaign that can help with this issue. You just need to get some positive trust rating to alleviate your negative trust.

There are some bounty that accept negative trust accounts to work with bounty, because the negative trust is not only the result of bad post, but it could be caused by mistakes typing sentences whose letters are incomplete and also sometimes resulting from a user cheat to the account we.
So in conclusion, there are some bounty that tolerate negative trust accounts because they may think that accounts that are exposed to negative trusts are actually good accounts, but there is a small mistake that causes the account to be exposed to a negative trust.

You can balance it out with positive trust. Another option you have is contacting the user who gave you a negative trust rating and ask him to remove the rating. However, given the nature of your negative trust, this is likely not be possible - it might be best if you reflect on the comment specified with your negative rating and simply try to improve your post quality in future.
