Hello guys! Does anyone know how to reach the yobit customer support?I've written 3 tickets already and still no one hasn't responded!
Sorry to tell you but Yobit support are the worst or even they dont even have any support left. You can see around this section that they have a lot of complaints locking and disabling the wallet which their customer cant withdraw their coins.
I'm getting the error message, that they have been temporarily disabled but cmon yo - 2 weeks...
Yobit has been doing shady thing with some altcoin in their exchange, they usually lock the wallet of a particular altcoin saying its on maintenance (i think almost all of them). You just picked the wrong exchange to do your trade.
Is it legal for them to lock my coins like that ?
It is illegal because its your hard earn money that they are locking. I think you cant get your coins in Yobit, you better switch to some reputable trading platform like Binance, Poloniex or Coinbase.
