it makes sense for GDAX if you need a very high withdrawal limit.
But it does not for the other exchanges, since their withdrawal limit is very very high or can be expanded without any limit (at least kraken and bittrex)
So why are you buying them?

It's not going to help you even if you are to buy one of these accounts, cause if you want to withdraw the name is going to have to match the person name on the account - which if you're buying an account, of course, isn't going to match, so I don't know what you're trying to do but either it's not going to work or you're trying to fuck with some people on here.

from what I know with these accounts you cannot load them using a bank account or credit card with different details, so unless you will be using cryptocurrency to load and withdraw from the account it's useless to purchase 1. |

All transactions only cryptocurrency, banks and fiat are not needed. accounts are needed for testing gateways and, possibly, trading

Hi r1dex. Russians are free to open a Kraken account and fund it using cryptocurrency but you can't deposit fiat from a Russian bank. If you have a bank account the the SEPA zone you can fund your account with that bank account. Even if you purchased a verified account then tried to fund it via Russian banks, it would be rejected. We do not suggest purchasing a Kraken account. |
