Why are they hashing at same speed?

Can someone please explain why my gforce 1060 3gb is hashing at the same rate as my out of the box strix rx580 8gb?

1060 sometimes mines at 4.20$/day, rx580 can’t reach even a $3/day

Did you bios mod your rx 580?

Nobody can answer that question as you did not provide enough information. What algo? What miner? What mods have been done? etc
