I also have some switch and LED sets like foofighter shows.  Mine have just 2 LEDs and 2 switches.

I also have some sets that I modified by cutting in half and fitting with RJ45 keystones so you can use a cat-5 cable in between to locate the switches and LEDs apart from the system.

Let me know if you want either.  I'll take 0.05 BTC for the regular set, or 0.1 BTC for the modified one, US First Class shipping included.
