Seems fishy, deposits under 100.000 EUR are fully secure in eurozone. Anything above you may loose though. Does not seems your the person with such deposits based on the few hundreds lost which seemed as life changer for ya

well they supposed they are. but they are frozen until further notice. and many deposits they was exchanged for banks shares.mfew hundred wasnt a life changer, but I hate to get scammed from people with costume.
