actually Ive lost 20 pounds in the last month and a half! that either means I'm sick and dying, or I'm healthy and exercising.

if i'm still posting on this forum in one year, its not sick and dying.

Depends on how much you weighed before losing 20 pounds. (Assuming average height) Weight 250 pounds and lose 20 = healthy. Weight 100 pounds and lose 20 = dying.
