Dear alls.
Do you suggest me anything about notebook whivh the price is under $400. I want buy notebook under $400 which the spesification is 4GB RAM, memory 500GB hardisk and Intel Core i3 certainty.   
Please, give me suggestion about that..

There are certainly options.

Previously https://www.groupon.com/ sold notebooks from time to time. I got a Lenovo Yoga 2/Pro 14" (1920x1080, 8GB memory, 500GB HD, i5, touchscreen) for 400 euro there 2 years ago. They don't have a large variety of choices, so you'll have to be lucky.

If you like Android, check out ChromeOS laptops, could be a very cheap alternative.
