In other words - are there any getaways for people to utilize if they want to purchase crypto coins in Kazakhstan busiest regions (e.g. Astana + Almaty).

If someone from Kazakhstan - PLEASE RESPOND>  Kiss

This is what i got when I do my research. Kazakhstan became the second country in the world, after Japan, which recognized the need for the development of the cryptocurrency market system at the governmental level. The development of the digital currency market on the basis of the ASTANA INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CENTER is the first step towards a creation of a full-fledged ecosystem for the digital economy in Kazakhstan.

That's how it appears to me as well. I hope that KZ is making progressive steps towards recognizing/regulating crypto marketplaces. However, it doesn't seem like there is any 'trustworthy' exchange where people can trade cryptos. Perhaps I'm wrong - please let me know.
