Our security system was designed and developed by the team of the internationally acclaimed cryptographer Petar Jandric, from the University of Applied Sciences in Zagreb. We employ a wide range of measures and take all the necessary precautions in addition to the inherent security of the blockchain technology itself.

Are the pre-sale tokens locked for any specific period after the end of the ICO?

All funds collected during the crowd sale will be deposited in a secure multi-sig wallet. Keys will be held by Executive Directors of JWC Ventures so that all outgoing transactions must be verified by multiple parties. The crowdsale smart contract code on JWC GitHub will be public and available for audit by anyone. Exchange rates are subject to change without notice prior to the start of the public crowdsale. Once the public crowdsale starts the exchange rate will be locked. Meanwhile, the prices for the presale are not subject to change and will remain the same and have no effect on the public crowdsale.

Can I retrieve my tokens from the service?

Yes, you can retrieve the tokens from your assigned Ethereum wallet.

Don't you think it is unsafe to retrieve tokens from open source Ethereum wallet

MEW itself is safe in the owner's responsibility. Infact, MEW is developed for full control and right of the owner over his wallet. There have been cases of MEW being hacked, however, only because the wallet owner was not reasonably careful enough to let hacker either have the private key or install harmful software in to victim's computer. Thus, we strongly recommend all crypto-investors (not just ours only) to store your key information in a "cold wallet" beside what you have secured in the network - the "hot wallet"
