I think this is a big and potential project in the near future. Seele is the result of a network that forms a mixed and diverse ecosystem. And the blockchain 4.0 project will have faster confirmation, consensus and faster transactions. The project will continue to provide an ecosystem of architecture, technology, applications and resources to all users around the world to develop a faster and more efficient information and collaboration platform.

Yeah...these things are cool when the market is going up, but no telling what will happen when this comes out. 

Maybe if you're really on it and sell within the day it comes out you can guarantee prophet.  The hype on this remains high so it will likely debut well over priced.  That said, I still envision this thing tanking fairly hard in a scenario like that, potentially under ICO price.

If you're not in it for the quick in and out hustle, safe money is def on just waiting it out and letting it get crushed with everything else.

The white list includes 5,000 applicants. But some people will not pass the KYC process. I think, that will 4,000-4,300 participants and individual cap 1.2 Ethereum.
