It depends on the exchange policy whether they want to return or not, you can send an email to their cs.

Sorry! I never had a bad day to such extent. Support should be your best bet here and I really hope they are able to help you correct that. I am not sure how useful or active coinexchange support may be, but I wish you good luck on your recovery.

Most exchanges operate a non recovery policy for deposits transactions and that's why they give several warnings to users of their platforms. However you can approach Coinexchange through support to see whether they can do something for you. Nothing bad in trying.

You can send ticket to Coinexchange support team! But i think! You coin not come back with Coinexchange rule!
But you can try this way or other!

As others said you need to send a support ticket to the exchange for you to recover the amount. The problem is theres a FLAT FEE to pay for doing so and CS sucks so if the amount is not worth it you might as well forget it.

Correct, it depends on exchange policy, most exchange always put this warning forward, but you can try to contect them first and see their response, just make sure you send all the transaction details along with the mail
