Facing reputational risks as our content and several concepts of growing appliances are illegaly used by the ATF team in their ICO campaign,
kindly providing you with the brief info regarding these con artists from ATF,
1. All growing appliances demonstrated by the ATF ICO team are manufactured by FIBONACCI and composed only for strawberry and salads cultivation.
Due to different root structure it is impossible to grow any cannabis there. Cannabis growers DO NOT EXIST. This is a fake campaign.
Claiming intention to be our regional distributors the ATF leaders got several concepts of our strawberry appliances shown in ICO now, afterwards they made decision
to break the contract and asked their money back. Besides, all appliances, catalogs are still retaned by them. We have already opened police case against these individuals.
2. All content and depicted product characteristis are illegaly taken from our catalogs and corporate site.

3. At least two con artists of ATF team have police records and obliged to pay back embezzled funds according to the Court order regarding their previous scam schemes. Project leade Tsvigintsev is banned by the Russian Federal court to leave Russia until he returns all embezzled funds to his victims.
4. Two previous sites for ICO implementation ( agrotechfarm.com and agrotechfarm.ru) last week were blocked by Russian authorities upon our request linked to copyright infrindgement. The ATF team at agrotechfarm.io is an attempt to hide from our claims in copyright infringement and scam accusations.
5. The ATF team announced that there are plans to erect production faclities in Canadian British Columba ( to set an industrial production of fake aplliances which even do not exist LOL). Besides, all the ICO campaign does not comply with Canada Securities Administrators (CSA) regulations and does not guarantee investors' protection. The ATF team didin't open bank account in Canada, they have rather strange offshore company in Cyprus. They simply 100% will not be able to legilize investments in Canada under Canadian State requirements to foreign investors as CSA registration are not passed.
But the hustlers from the ATF even are not going to launch any production. The main purpose to grab as much as possible and dissapear with your funds in Abkazia (Partially recognized state)

As can be seen in the images on our website and stated in the whitepaper, there are two different types of growing appliances. One for smaller and one for larger plants. The smaller one is working and has been tested already. We are currently building the larger prototype. Because of the legal situation it is not allowed to test growing Cannabis in russia, this is exactly why we need the money. To test and produce in Canada where it is allowed to plant cannabis.
2. Our company is allowed to use these materials for advertising purposes according to the distribution agreement. There is nothing illegal about it
3. We have been developing our own appliances since 2012. 2013 one of our employees received their first patent.
4. the sites have been most likely blocked due to the reason that they were advertising cannabis growing in Canada. This is why we now moved to a legislation where this is allowed.
