Blockchain technology meets real estate investment. ICO begins Mar 1st. We’re changing the who and how of real estate investment. The Real Estate Asset Coin is a decentralized real estate purchasing umbrella which aims to offer participants the opportunity to own stakes in luxury rental apartments as well as earning residual income from the rental and resale of property assets. The asset runs natively on the Ethereum network and utilizes all the advantages the network has to offer. The Ethereum network has development tools, wallets and exchanges. Ethereum has the ability to deploy trustless smart contracts which enable complex issuance rules for cryptocurrencies, digital financial contracts and automated incentive structures. This makes it perfect to run the REACoin.

Goals
1. Acquisition of luxury rental apartments in select markets.
2. Allowance for limited income holders to earn residual income monthly from the rental and resale of assets.
3. Creation of Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver membership levels based on percent staked.
4. Allocate percent discount for member levels when staying in acquired holding.
5. Development of app/wallet which shows membership level and perks.
6. Zero listing fees Marketplace for real estate. While realtors charge 6% commission for listing and selling a property, the REAC Marketplace will charge zero listing fees and only 1% commission on sales.
7. Marketplace listings will be in a preferred currency with Bitcoin being an option.

How it works?
The Residual Income Plan
The Active Income Plan
The Turnaround Plan
The Leverage Arbitration Plan
The Burn & Stake Plan
The Value Sourcing Plan
The Vaulting Plan

Real estate is a huge market and a lot of money is there.
I think it is a good plan to bring crypto into it.
Many crypto millionaires will buy a new real estate as well so it's a bonus.

Many projects simply add the fashionable word "bitcoin" to their old ideas. What advantages do you plan to provide with the transfer to the blockchain platform?

I’ll give you three

1. It expedites the buying process. The typical home buying prices can take months. We’re talking about Escrow and the plethora of red tape that both buyer and seller has to jump through to finalize a transaction

2. It reduces fraud. One of the main reasons that buyers and sellers have traditionally used escrow and third-party verifications is to reduce the chances of either parties getting burned by real estate fraud.

3. This is my favorite reason. It offers transparency. For the buyer, their credit history and income would be instantly verifiable as well as, avoiding time-consuming trips to banks, lawyers and estate agents. Homeowners would be able to prove ownership of their property backed up with an easily digestible record of their time there.

What criteria do you follow to buy luxury rental apartments and management in some markets?

First of all, holdings have to be in budding or emerging markets. We have identified 10 initial markets from which we will narrow down to 5 and start there. Of course, markets close to the fintech explosion would be ranked high up there because wealthy millennials are seeking them out.

The next criteria we look at is leverage arbitration. When sourcing, the aim is to acquire holdings where the ROI is 40% in established markets or will achieve that mark within 5 years in emerging markets.

The third criteria is sustainability. Potential holdings will be looked at thoroughly to evaluate their sustainability. This means not only will a thorough quantitative and qualitative analysis be done on the target acquisition, but one will also be done on its environs. By doing this we try to predict if any external factors may play a part in the devaluing of the property.

Managing the assets will be done by the best property management companies in the business. Again, the aim here is to broker a long term deal with these companies but, utilize leverage arbitration when doing so.
