If you mean how to get signed in to a campaign, you have to get your rank to Jr. Member first, get to the next rank which is Member etc. The higher your rank, the better chance you have to get reasonable fraction of pay be it bitcoin or altcoin.
Above all, read the forum rules. You have to do a quality post with the new rules on merit. Goodluck .

First of all, go explore this forum since you're a newbie. There are threads here on how to rank up and join to a signature campaign. There are a lot of information here to provide for you. Gain knowledge about how this works. Basically, the requirements of other signature campaigns here is jr. member. So that, you can join but you'll need to be careful, just read properly the rules here in order to not get ban.

You are definitely wrong read the OP carefully he want's to promote a signature not joining one of them. the promoring was mend to promoting I bet. |

With grammar like that you've got no chance being enrolled into a signature campaign, unless it's a scam campaign.
Newbies are rarely accepted into signature campaigns, particularly ones with poor post quality and horrible grammar.
However, you may be able to join signature bounties in the altcoin section, check it out.

If you want to join in signature campaign, you must increase your rank until Jr. Member or Member. You can see list the campaign in announcement because one campaign and another campaign has the different rule  |

you need to be a jr. member at least to join a campaign. but as far as I remember there are new rules with ranking, better to read that also. |

If you want to "promote" your own project with a signature campaign, you'd better go to a Marketplace thread on the forum and hire a bounty manager there. But if you want to participate in such a campaign go to a Bounty sector and find one. There are very few of them, but they exist actually.

The procedure is you have to apply and join a signature campaign, you have to post your account details and wear the signature codes in your sig that they will give and avatar(for fullmember up). You will post normally here in forum but with minimum post a week and follow their rules in campaign. |

First you have to select a good bounty campaign and you then fill the form for the signature campaign. Then read about their signature campaign rule and you have to promote that campaign by your posts on bitcointalk forum. Do not forget to wear their signature cord according to your bitcointalk rank

The most important thing is describe/ write your ideas (in the case, your question) as clear as possible for readers. They can't help you if they dont understand what you wrote. What is "procedure of promoring sig. campaign?". I dont believe that someone ready to help you after reading the OP. |
