Restore banned account

Good day!

my account is banned https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1108665 It was 01.22.18

I used VPN, because website of this bounty https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2672189.0 doesn't open by my web provider.
after the inclusion of VPN I was automatically logged out on the forum. tried to enter back into the acc, but it turned out that I do not remember the password. I changed my password - changed it successfully, through an answer to a secret question, started to enter and I immediately saw this message:
"Sorry Pollacco, you are banned from using this forum!
For security, your account has been locked. Email acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com"

Tell me how to restore my account? I wrote to the mail acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com, but the answer did not come.

thats right. that's my sister account. I wanted to teach her how to participate in the bounty, but she was not interested in it

After I changed my password with ask my question, I think I entered the PW wrong a few times and then I decided to recover it. After I confirmed it with my email, I wanted to log in but it gave me the above stated message.

This was almost 2 weeks ago I wrote several times to the email, but no answer. In the thread its seems a lot of people since Jan have the same problem.

Who can help me, I couldn't find any proper email address to write to.
