Since I'm a "newbie" I can only post here, so here we go.

Link to his profile: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=135835
His UID: 135835
His sale thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=251162.0
(where he still make sales apparently)

The deal was an exchange of 1.85 Bitcoin for $240 PayPal.

I'm a trusted exchanger on HackForums.net and he added me on Skype, I asked a verification through private message on HF Forum and here on BitcoinTalk, he said he will pay me with his wife PayPal, and show me the thread where he was selling/buying.

What I have sent him as "verification" here:

and he replied, confirming:

He disconnected on Skype, and didn't connected again. I can't reply on his thread for warning.

I'm forced to post here.

I know PayPal is a pain of ass etc, well usually and after 3 years as an exchanger I've never faced this kind of problem except recently, like what I deny most of scammers, but this time, he got me.

If ashish12 doesn't close the claim/dispute on PayPal he will have a really bad karma for the rest of his life.

Thanks to anyone.

I suggest you stop selling Bitcoin for Paypal. Reversible and non-reversible don't mix very well. Anyone with 3 years experience as a "trusted exchanger" should know that.

PS: are you xch4ng3, or is that a different guy?

No, I'm not one of the admin.
I've enforced my rules for newbies, I have dealt with PayPal and never faced problems except recently, all was good.

Problem is if I remove PP, I cut a lot of income profit by selling with it.

Anyway, he's not replying to my private message here.

There anything we can do about him ?

Thanks

First thanks for replying.

I'm not dumb, I can't be on your PayPal knowing you got "limited".

Issue is still on your fault as I'm out of the $240 and I have no solution than providing a tracking number OR refunding.

If they limited you and whatever they have done with the payment you made, even if it's not directly your fault, it's still your fault for not having a PayPal account in not good standing.

So Refund my 1.85 BTC and I refund your $240 and I remove anything here and on HF -> end of the deal.

I don't want to wait many days for you to upload documents, get Paypal reviewing everything, etc.

Thank you

Hi Xchg, sup it's (J.P Morgan) here, well looks like ashish paid you with a american/canadian ewhore PP (see name, lola?) and they usually get limited.

Ashish can you provide screenshots of your account?

Yes because the funds are "held" by PayPal.

As said I can't give a tracking number, I have only 2 choices, REFUND or give a tracking number.

That's why you will send back my 1.85 BTC to this address: 1A4NXzBpwjQeAaX3jw2WrDdDU5fCNQLVtQ

I will refund your PayPal, and once you get unlimited, we will do it again.

Because for the moment, I'm the one scammed since you got the BTC and the funds are HELD.

And once your account will be verified or whatever unlimited, I will still have only 2 options in MY PayPal.

Because if you unlimit it, it will not change the choices I have, 'REFUND' or give a tracking number.

So only way to sort this out, is to refund my 1.85 BTC and I send back right away your PayPal.

Hi Xchg, sup it's (J.P Morgan) here, well looks like ashish paid you with a american/canadian ewhore PP (see name, lola?) and they usually get limited.

Hey, well it's not really my problem, all I want is my funds back, I will check https://blockchain.info/address/1A4NXzBpwjQeAaX3jw2WrDdDU5fCNQLVtQ to see if he have refunded.

Because even if he gave PP the documents, I still have no choice than Refunding, as I will not pay extra money for providing a tracking number who will go nowhere.

Best way to close this, is to refund exactly 1.85 BTC then I refund the Paypal, he will get unlimited, and we can deal again.

But not the way of "we will wait for PP to review documents" because PP will do nothing for me once they reviewed your docs.

I hope it's more clear for everyone now.

So ashish12 refund my BTC right now, and I refund your PayPal funds.

Thank you.

Still no replies, nor refund.

This will stay open until I got my BTC back, apparently the member doesn't understand the situation.

Deal dispute will be opened on HF too.

Paypal is evil!  I accidently clicked on Add funds in my account and they said my account is limited and have to upload ID and proof of address.  I have to be careful what I click while in my account from now on!  Know knows what will be next?  Force to call their hot-line?  Show up at their office and have a nice chat (interrogation) as to why I have an account with them and if I intend on moving millions of dollars overseas?  Provide them with my fingerprints and DNA?  Implant a chip in my body that has a capsule of cyanide and can be remotely triggered to leak/explode in case I start a suspicious transaction?

They're all 12 year olds, so I guess they think it's fine. They'll learn as they grow up, I hope.
