Hi there.
I have Avalon Batch 3 Unit with 4 modules with stock 850W PSU located in the data center in Belarus, Minsk. Stable average mining hash rate is 115 GH/s @ 360MHz.
Check this link to see it in work:
http://rootmining.net/mobile?961dc4badb9a43188f25100214a5be0b

I can offer hosting with profit share - you buy it, I host it for 100$/month, you receive all the profit it makes.
Advantage here is that you will have full remote access to the miner as soon as you purchase it.
No shipping delays, as well as no issues at customs and as a result - not even a second of miner downtime after the purchase. If you'd like to upgrade the PSU or apply some other upgrades - I'll be there to make it for you for free.
The most disadvantage for you is the fact that you would have no physical access to the miner. I understand that there's no trust anymore to anyone from this community so if hosting is not acceptable I can ship the unit via DHL/EMS at the day of purchase. If you want escrow - you are welcome.

What I want is 55BTC. The price is based on the following calculations:

So you still will make profit.

P.S.
If you are interested I can post pictures of Avalon and printscreens from remote user interface and detailed mining pool. By the way, here is my wallet, that receives profit automatically when 0.5BTC has been mined:

I like the idea of someone selling an Avalon that wants a ROI to still be possible at current exchange rates. The only problem is we cannot go back in time to the beginning of August. Your calculations are based on mining from August 1st onwards.

Here is a more accurate calculation (with lower estimated difficulty increase),

Here is what you need to sell at to offer someone the possibility to break even,

Your calculations are based on mining from August 1st onwards.

You should consider that I set the difficulty to 65, so from this point my prediction is right.
Next thing I've noticed is your price per BTC - 121$. But now it's about 130$.
Let's go further - with increasing difficulty (from 36 to 65) we can see increasing price (from 100 to 130).

So, I guess, my prediction is more accurate.

How exactly is someone going to make $3,250 in the month of August?

That's right. Mistake with August. But I've almost sold the unit. Closing the topic.

Best of luck with the sale. If your other sale falls through, I'm a buyer at 44BTC with John K. escrow and I'll cover shipping.
