Litecoin mining on multiple macs

Hey guys,
I'm new to all of this and I was wondering how I could set up multiple Macs to mine to my account remotely, to my apartment. I need the processes to be hidden, I've seen some solutions for PC but I don't know how to go about it on OSX. It would be around 12 iMacs. How much would this make? How would this affect their performance? Would they still be able to run something like photoshop with this hidden in the background? Any help would be appreciated.
