COINEXCHANGE.IO WITHDRAWAL PROBLEMS - GENUINE OR SCAM EXCHANGE?

I have sent many withdrawals on coinexchange.io over the last 6 days and none have left the exchange.  I do not receive confirmation emails to start the exchange.  There are no emails in my spam/junk and numerous Support Tickets have gone unanswered.  I have logged on from different locations and even exchanged one coin for BTC to see if that works but no success.  

Is this a genuine exchange problem and they need time to fix or is it a scam exchange?

I have had dialogue with other people who have withdrawn their currency in recent days so am hoping they have issues which will get resolved but as they do not answer messages I fear they are not entirely sincere.

Has anyone else struggled to make a withdrawal and either made progress or not, your thoughts appreciated.

Hey, I try to Withdraw eth since about a Week. The Problem is, that no Email is coming. Not in the Main, nor in the Spam Folder. I also opened a Ticket, but they ignore that. On Twitter is also no Reaction.
It would be interesting to know, what Coins had been withdrawed last Days.
