Is it possible to get historical 1-hour VWAP for the major exchanges?

Hi traders!

Is there some way to get historical one-hour volume weighted average prices for the major exchanges?  I need data back to the beginning of 2013 (or at least back to just after the crash), and I am mostly interested in Bitstamp, BTC-E and CampBX, although MtGox and Intersango would be nice too.

If such data is not available, is it possible to get all the trades (I know it is possible for MtGox), then I could calculate it myself?
