Currently our team is working on hi-tech project and we believe, that the simplest way (comparing with others) to bring investors on board and develop the project is ICO investment model. Our project is development of flying vehicle. We know that real aircraft giants is working on similar ideas and we know that we can put our idea into the life too. We have registered development company in our country (Ukraine) and we have create the team of experienced engineers. All of them have practical experience in our project area. In addition, we are developing our project in favorable area, because we are in industrial city and here many universities, which are popular for many students worldwide. One of such university is Kharkov National Aerospace University, so we enlisted the support of the professors of this university as advisors. For understanding, the university prepares specialists, including for the well-known aviation enterprise Antonov. Important, that our founders has profile engineering background too.

Currently, besides engineering, we are creating our company web site and promotion materials, like video and 3D designs of our concept etc. It is not a problem for us, as we are own of the IT outsourcing company (not very big, but with a strong team). In nearest time, we will have prototype of our flying vehicle. We are going to make flight tests to continue developing our concept based on test data obtained for different flight regimes, as well as registration of relevant patents. Moreover, we have quite profitable business model and token liquidity model for our project, so it will allow getting investments return during the project and much earlier, than project will be done.

We believe that it may be interesting to discuss our project here, because it is important for us to get your feedbacks, advises and, perhaps, to get help to improve our project model accordingly to ICO. Regarding to 10%... Thank you for this question. It is showing us where we should make corrections. I think we should correct this part in the paragraph, because it causes confusion and misunderstanding). As you can see in white paper in paragraph "token distribution model" we are planning to sell our tokens by the milestones (I think you were confused by the word "stages") and we are going to increase the cost of token every milestone for 10%. It means that every investor will spend fewer amounts for the same amount of tokens. Finally, when we will launch our tokens on the exchange - the tokens will cost more and it is the profit. Thank you for this question. It is showing us where we should make corrections.

We have an answer in our white paper, why ICO). In short, it is much cheaper than an IPO. Regarding the relationship between the ICO and the project, only the token holders will be able to buy our eVolucer and only for our tokens. This will ensure the demand for the purchase of tokens on the exchange. Also, we are going to launch DAO model-based project where each token holder will have decision making power. This project will represent an analogue of parent company in corporation and this company will manage and develop the eVolucer project and all further projects as well. Tokens of DAO organization will be available for purchase only in exchange for eVolucer tokens as well as in exchange for tokens of further projects. As a result, this token may turn into stock index similar to well-known German stock index DAX. It is our plans for the future after current project.

I read the introduction you have there and I must say its a great idea put together which I see its a dream but what I am trying hard to fight is how real is what you have there. You are a small company with a big team and all of the people you have listed as well as partners from the university community that you mentioned there makes the team a robust one but my question is simple

1. What have you been doing before this, I know some other projects with this kind of dream like Ellon Musk, I know his antecedents of starting small up to this point. But yours is starting big from what I can see, so where is the starting small of you?

2. All of these team members, are they already on the payroll or its when you raise the ICO before you bring them on board? If they are on payroll how is the fund used to pay them generated?

3. This project, which is likely capital intensive, what other alternative sources of finance are you looking into in case your ICO fails to meet the targeted amount?
