I would stay away from the cloud computing services any data relating to computers should probably stay off the cloud. Really though you should only get into altcoins which personally interest you rather than looking for the most profitable.

Hard to say, depending on the project, the team behind it and the cap of the ico. Need also to make sure if it s not a scam
For me the project need also to be particular in terms of exclusivity.

I would choose Gonetwork and GEMs, because it solves specific problems, and the remaining projects are rather not specific. In the  future there will be a lot of virtual goods, also companies will need a lot of people who will perform various small tasks. For example it is a bounty campaign

Hey brother, Here are my thoughts about these icos:

GoNetwork- good ico, all-star team, all-star advisors. They have won in ethereum waterloo. I think they haven't announced their token sale just yet but I am going to invest if they do.

Experty - I don't like this ico but it is low cap so it may pump.

dadi- a lot of fud, I am not investing

gems - dutch auction - not investing

ArcBlock- good ICO with good team and great idea.

I would choose between goNetwork and ArcBlock

According to my knowledge about assessing ICO better you visit the website first and see one by one team profile in linkedin, whether the project they live is on their current profile, if there is meaning they seriously run the project.

Exprety already ended. they f..ck with Bitcoinsuise .
Gems need to google it don know .
Arcblock definitely will join this ICO. I think this project looks very promising.

I think I have started to say no to the ICO investment this year. I'm not demotivating anyone but I had major loss in the last year so I'm keeping my hands clean this year. I would probably choose the coins which are already listed on the blockchain and they are making good market reach.

I do keep info of different ICO today as well but not sure about putting my stakes over it.
