Bitmain A3 - default user and password not working

Hello -

I just received my A3 in the mail and the default user/password of root / root are not working.  I've tried admin/admin / admin / password / and many variations thereof.  I've also tried resetting the unit via the reset button.

Any other suggestions from users here?

Received mine and root/root does work.

BUT - I can only get it to hash for more 30 seconds on the antpools.  And the Antpools are currently inaccessible.  Tried Nanopool, Sia Mining and MiningpoolHub.  Runs for 30 sec and reboots.
But reset to defaults for the antpools and runs nice and steady.

What Browser are you using?

Try Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.

Microsoft Edge did not work for me - it just wouldn't accept the password.

using chrome as the browser instead worked for me.

now having a "Hardware Version   Socket connect failed: Connection refused"

anybody else resolved this?

ok found you just have to wait for the mining pool to accept maybe half hour

A3's default root password is "admin". Try that.
