If somebody bought very low it is quite sensible to take a profit while they can rather than wait for a gigantic pump that might not come.  People with some Bitcoin should wait and see.  Or maybe all the whales will be selling in three hours so the price will drop hugely.  Nobody knows.

Yes it is true, if you sell at a cheap price you will experience a huge loss because in a short time bitcoin can go up quickly, if you get stuck the price down better you buy again in position when the price down and cheap including like when the current price , this is a great opportunity for long-term investment.

I know that this is going to be an incredible important day because of the futures, but do not expect to see bitcoin going up from $11,000 to $19,999 in just ten minutes.

What did happen? I don't think any significant price changes happened as we are well past that time point. Bitcoin price os standing almost at the same price, only 100 usd increased, nothing significant! I don't get the reason for spreading such FUD. Rubbish!

Its true that Bitcoin price is going to increase but i don't understand why the op has said that it would increase within 3 hours. Such time frame could not be given.OP should have given some valid points to add value to his prediction.I hope that from the very next month,bitcoin price would start to increase.

I think it is good but you say it is for the Chinese New Year because it is important this day that is ending waiting to see what happens today and tomorrow if it goes up to 20,000 dollars or the markets of the future although it is rising but not much will wait for later
