You can use google's search as much as you want.  Just add site:bitcointalk.org to your search.

It takes me the whole afternoon to pass the forum restriction. Unfortunately,until now i just be a newbie, not be Jr. Member. I don't know where I am wrong. I post more than 5 posts, and take more than 4 hours. I saw you just post 3 posts, you get the Jr. Member position. Can you tell me how to be a Jr. Member.

Did you try to log off / log in to update your status?
