I believe we will need more information.  Did you purchase Tokens through an ICO? If you so you would have to consult with the people in charge of the ICO and read up on guidelines for the ICO.

I'll add another thing, he can gain more by buying crypto tokens but not with merit.

I'm not clear token is asked. I assume token as crypto currency. if the coin price is low, then we can get more coins at low price. ICO is very good option get token at low price. ICO project give some additional discount on early stage of ICO. If you want get some free token ,then airdrop and bounty will help you. basically bounty is promoting some project  and get some free coin as a payment for your effort.

If you are pertaining to ERC20 tokens or any other ALTCOINS.
Always be updated in telegram channels. Look for Airdrop and Bounty Signature in Marketplace Thread. This is a good starting point to have some capital for trading. But there are things to consider before joining any of these:
1. Rank up keep posting with relevant and juicy post to gain merits. Look for Meta, I think TMAN has some challenge for us beginners.
2. After you reach Member you can now join any of the Airdrop and some of the Signature Campaigns. Also joining Bounty in exchange for some ERC20 TOKENS can be helpful.
3. If you have now token. Wait for them to have a value and start trading. But be careful cause there is a higher chance of losing money if you dont have any knowledge about this very volatile market.

if you want to get more coins I suggest to follow bounty but with very few newbie rank to search it, then from that we together to raise the rank first at least jr. member

well, here's how I do it currenlty:
- buy tokens (cheap ones under 10$ for now lol)
- join airdrops (you get free tokens!)
- join bounties (helps project get more popular)
- start a youtube channels (ask for donations)

Just remember one thing that you won't get anything for free, so if you have invested in any kind of token already then you have to wait for the price increase in the real market. If you don't have the patience to wait then you can directly purchase such tokens from the open market and send it to your wallet. As that token has some value you have to pay that value in whatever form which is accepted by the token issuer or seller. Don't waste your time in looking for free tokens.
