Yobit withdrawal

Is anyone having hard time withdrawing Zcash from yobit? I want to know when I will be able to withdraw, I didnt expect this from yobit, I am
disappointed.

Yobit, I have been waiting for too long, its been 6 hours, please process my transfer from cold storage, its stuck at it.

I am waiting for the past 24 hours, I still dont see my zcash transfer in block explorer. On yobit.net, it says "Transfer from cold storage" under status for the past 24hours. I got a message from someone saying "complete", but nothing has changed. Please tell me what is going on?
I am losing money by every minute, I allready have lost alot. The amount I am transfering is a lot, so please help.

Ah, Yobit. They do tend to take a lot longer than should be proper if it's not BTC/LTC/ETH/DOGE (their current trading markets). Personally never faced a problem, though am a modest user, but I've found that the mods in the chat channel can respond to queries. You do need a 0.001 BTC balance to be able to chat, though. Have you opened a support ticket?

I'd advise against opening the scam accusation until you know with more certainty what's happened. My guess is you'll just have to wait.

Should have expected this happening. It's yobit. And everyone here knows how crap yobit truly is.

If they haven't provided you with any txids then you'll just have to wait. Open a ticket, because they're not going to be monitoring the forum at all. Any PMs you send to them will be ignored as well, they just don't process anything other than from their ticket system, which is quite dysfunctional itself.

Eventually though I expect this to come through. Cold storage transfers on yobit can take a while.

People have gotten their withdrawals when at first they got this error, though. So you have a chance.

You do need a 0.001 BTC balance to be able to chat, though.

AFAIK its 0.02 BTC. They have increased the amount so that you will be able to chat.

No one can tell you on how long you need to wait just for your zcash withdrawal. How long you have been waiting for that withdrawal? Usually yobit is having troubles when it comes to withdrawal not only with Zcash but with other altcoins too.

I didnt expect this from yobit, I am disappointed.

I am waiting for more than 1 day now. I opened the support ticket left so many messages. All I got was a message saying "complete" and then I
checked again, no change at all. It still says "transfer from storage" its stuck at it. I am losing alot of money. Yobit you need to help me please!
