Mercatox turning scam or a glitch beware

My account is not yet verified but I am not withdrawing 1 bitcoin daily,only  very small amount,now they have limited my withdrawal because they say  I exceed the 1 Bitcoin daily withdraw, I have done research and I'm not the only one with this kind of complaints I guess that amount is lost but anyway Mercatox has this glitch so it's better not to trade in this exchange, it's too risky.
