We process the withdrawal the moment you request it however normal processing times can vary depending on the blockchain network. We have seen the process as fast as 10 minutes and as long as 24 hours. Average is within 2 hours time. Let us know if you experience anything linger then 24 hours and we will be happy to look into it for you  |

Maybe add an option to play 0BTC games so people can get the hang out of it before they play for money.
This was a great idea and there is now a FREE PLAY option when you click to create a new game |

registration is a bit annoying: too strong requirements for passwords,
obligatory specification of the payout address
in the game: lobby chat should be accessible from the game.
the small side game is distracting: it's unclear which buttons are about which game
the text in the chat window jerks up and down while there are no new messages appearing
(might be related to font sizes)

Now we know how weak your password is The password security needs to be strong to protect YOUR money. BTC=$ and so we want to make sure you do not get ripped off with standard brute force software. Keep in mind within the first 30 minutes of launch we had multiple hack attempts. Now we have everything secured and patched however that is why password security is important. |

I've been liking the minigame so far. It's one of the better hi/lo games I've played. Would you have any interest in purchasing my sig space (for a fairly low sum since I only have around 75 posts)? I'd like to sell it for some free credits to keep playing the hi/lo game.  |

We added lower stakes for the main game to encourage participation, because it requires two players. Any feedback on the stakes for the mini game? Is a .001 BTC minimum bet too steep for people these days? If there's enough feedback, we'd be happy to lower it a touch.
