Just heard of cryptotech and their own new sha256 acis. If what they claim is true they will take over bitcoin mining for next couple of years?

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

That is why P.T. Barnum long ago said 'There's a sucker born every minute'.
Over all it is estimated that over 80% of un-regulated ICO/Token/ sales turn out to be Ponzies or other outright scams.
