I think that all of the altcoins is the best coin because they had different purposes when the coin created. they want to give solution the cryptocurrency and for people life. from the low coin price until the high coin price, the coin can provide the best thing for us, so I think we have a different opinion about the best altcoin. but maybe right now, we are choosing bitcoin and ethereum because this two coin is at the top ten coinmarketcap list and this coin is still in the development so it will grow more in the future.

Digital currencies and blockchain platforms are by nature in the business of putting financial overlords out of business. If individuals and institutions can transact directly at a significantly lower cost due to the removal of exchange middlemen, then there is less of a need for traditional banks and other controllers of the money game. For example, transaction intermediaries (e.g., card networks like Mastercard) — five or more of which are currently required to complete the end-to-end processing of, say, your coffee purchase at Starbucks — are potentially put at risk.

A number of financial institutions are sharing the exploratory heavy lifting by funding or joining partnerships to chase and deploy opportunities for individual and joint cost savings, such as with lower inter-bank settlement fees. Over 40 industry consortiums, mostly in the financial arena, are actively exploring blockchain use cases, developing rules and standards, and creating platforms for a range of financial activities including cross-border payments, asset management, and trading. Many of these consortiums serve as a kind of financial international space station. All participants know that there are advantages to joint exploration and shared costs, but there is also competition at play in a still unexplored environment.

I think altcoins that are currently the best and suitable for purchase are ethereum and ripple because in my opinion only these two altcoins can provide a lot of benefits.

this is classic bag-holder attitude.

indeed, that is the true nature of man, they say what they want to say, I think there are good and bad things from it.
we take the example you are a Thai citizen then your country will compete with Brazil which has won the world cup several times, in this case you will definitely continue to support your country even though you probably already know the chances of winning are small.
can you understand my words, like that you say to classic bag-holder attitude.

of course I understand that there must be competition in the market and there will be other platforms along with the etherium on the market. But nevertheless, the etherium is the leader and the best in its way.

Well, this is a very easy pick if you have some good knowledge about the market. Altcoin are all very good if they have great project on their back but among them ETH is the best. I would go for ETH and would hold it for long term because it is one coin that has the ability to face Bitcoin in future and might even outshine it as well but that will be long from now. Since the value is down, buy, hodl and sell high to earn and make big money.

After few highly established coins, if you look into some other coins then waves, ada, electronium, rdd, bitsend are having chances to give us multifold returns by considering their current price levels. Yes, these coins are trading right now under their actual worth. Oversold zones are always good to buy as recovery will be quicker and sometimes, we may get instant profits too.

Probably ethereum, it is the second coin in terms of the market cap and its popularity is great thanks to the great amount of icos appearing every day in its platform, it has some disadvantages like the fact there is not limit to the amount of ethereum is going to exist but no better altcoin exist at the moment and we could use another coin like litecoin as a store of value.

The currency would also compensate viewers for sharing data — quickly proving to be a precious commodity — about who they are, what they watch and what they buy. And if all of this wasn’t buzzworthy enough, the iPowow folks are planning to use blockchain as the technological foundation for their new business. What iPowow calls HIT tokens and the HIT protocol can benefit the TV business by offering three solutions to problems such as viewers watching on noncommercial platforms, inconsistent cross-platform audience measurement and a lack of data about TV advertising, iPowow CEO Gavin Douglas said. Benefits for Viewers, Advertisers With the HIT protocol, viewers get paid to watch shows, content creators and networks engage viewers and generate more revenue from digital viewing, and advertisers get transparency and audience insights. It would work this way: A viewer tunes in a show and sees a graphic that says they’re getting five HIT tokens. The viewer either clicks his or her remote or goes to a second screen to activate an account and accept the tokens. The viewer must have granted GDPR consent to share data. Later, the viewer can go to a digital shopping plaza to buy things with the HIT tokens. A number of large retailers have expressed interest in letting viewers use HIT tokens to buy real merchandise, Douglas said. Jill Rosengard Hill, executive VP at market research firm Magid, said there was potential to the idea of a reward program for TV. “There is a segment of consumers who are open to the exchange of their data for a fee,” she said. A recent Magid study found 33% of mobile users said they would give up access to their data in exchange for a discount. “Marketers are looking at loyalty programs or the exchange of coins, gifts or money to drive loyalty and to drive tunein,” she said. There have been previous efforts to create reward systems for watching TV. GetGlue, which rewarded viewers with stickers, was acquired in 2012 by Viggle, a mobile app that offered points that could be exchanged for gift cards or access to premium content. For the past seven years, iPowow has been in what it dubbed the “participation TV” business, creating interactive features that can be sponsored for 200 shows on networks such as ABC, Fox and USA, local stations and digital video platforms such as Facebook Live and Twitch. For Twitch, iPowow created an extension that lets viewers pay gamers they’re watching live and have input into how games will be played. Douglas said iPowow has demonstrated that its system works whether on the first screen or second screen, and on all platforms — linear broadcast, VOD, over-the-top and online. He hopes to raise the millions iPowow will need in August. Blockchain Migration for HIT iPowow plans to build its new HIT protocol on a blockchain foundation and migrate its current technology to blockchain as well by year end. Blockchain enables the cryptocurrency HIT tokens, which cost less to distribute initially than real dollars and also provide transparency, immutability and consistency while decentralizing account information. The HIT protocol will also be open, allowing other companies to develop apps, which will increase the utility of the system. iPowow has been scanning the horizon but doesn’t see any competitor ready to implement an effective TV rewards program. “The way we see it is, someone going to do this,” Douglas said. “Someone’s going to produce a media engagement token that’s global and covers all video interactions, and people get rewarded for watching and they can go spend it on things. We say it’s going to be us, so that’s what we’re going to do.These are our official social platforms:

A leased ownership generally restricts property transfers more than a true deeded ownership interest. So as an owner of a timeshare, you might be restricted from selling or transferring your timeshare to someone else.
Ellen Shapiro, of the law firm Goodman, Shapiro & Lombardi in Dedham, Massachusetts, said of timeshares:
“You’re buying the right to use the locus. You don’t exactly have full legal title…You can convey, sell, leave it to your heirs, or perhaps — depending on the timeshare — rent it out, but you don’t have the entire bundle of rights. At the end of the day, you own a right to use a space during a prescribed time.”
Fun fact: according to industry statistics, 50% to 70% of the timeshare retail price paid after a buyer has listened to an elaborate sales pitch, goes towards marketing. So, for example, if you purchase a timeshare for $20,000, as soon as you leave the presentation room, the true value of the timeshare drops to as low as $6,000! This takes paying for the middleman to new heights, with just one of the middlemen taking a huge cut. Not exactly ideal for a buyer.
The Spl.yt protocol challenges and upgrades that tired paradigm, enabling users to “timeshare anything” without the need for middlemen to drive up prices. This solution could be used to purchase all kinds of expensive assets, such as cars, boats, homes, jewelry, filmmaking equipment, musical instruments, sports or theater season tickets, artwork and other collectors’ items. The various owners can also collectively set the parameters to determine what services to hire to facilitate use and maintenance of the asset, giving rise to an “Uber-like” economy of service providers who cater to fractional assets. To learn more about Spl.yt and the decentralized future of e-commerce, visit Spl.yt Website: https://www.spl.yt/

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.
I was asking myself what to do when cryptocurrency goes down and found out that the most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

They are on exchanges right now, you can check their website: https://ethermeta.com/
Or even better go through their Bitcointalk thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2659058.0

It seems to me that if the project is connected with the anonymous work of crypto currency, then great prospects in the future are dumb. My opinion is due to the fact that we all are striving for the legalization of the crypto currency in the whole world, And first of all the authorities, before adopting the corresponding laws, will require the presentation of all disclosed transactions.

HELLO EVERYONE.

This varies in different perspectives, if you talk about the technology of the coin then the best altcoin known for its blockchain is Eth but if you are talking about the future potential of the coin then I would mention iota or lite coin for that case

tezos and ethereum.
but of course btc is the best and the best coin.

its dominance will be 60.
dont buy any alts for now.

Interesting article and statistics, the truth seem to me that some "is simply invented", i.e. no accurate research was conducted though to any information it is worth treating as information. Thanks for article

The title asks "best altcoin" and bitcoin isn't an altcoin but we know that its the best.
dont buy any alts for now.
No problem if they are about to buy more alts though bitcoin dominance will increase.

I think thebest altcoin is absolutely ethereum. It is a pioneer altcoin and it is very unique. Although many people are selling their ethereum, I believe that its popularity can rise more in the future.

i would have to agree with this individual, don't trust other people's picks since you are receiving more "get rich" mentality responses than genuine trustworthy projects.

I go for ETH. That is the best altcoin so far and might keep on improving to reach Bitcoin. I do not know why the poll won ripple. This makes the ambiguity in the forum and in the mind of those who are new to altcoins. The current prices of ETH are down but the market advancement is based on the project behind the coins and ETH is one great coin with a potential project on its back that took it from the ground to second position in the market.

The best altcoin is Ethereum for sure. At this time, ETH and BTC still keep its leadership on all of the markets.
