There is a newbie probably an alt in the local board in (Philippines)
Which is encouraging people to sell their acc to him

Here's a proof: https://imgur.com/YwJ5Gd4
Link to the topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2809895.0
Profile link of the person who wants to sell his acc: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=870606
Accounts connected to Dadan: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1248935

Here I translated their convo in English (I didn't change anything in translating the conversation)
Nanbaka: To those people who are selling member- Full member or Potential Accounts just PM me, Payment via coins.ph or altcoins
Nanbaka: Bump!
Dadan: Sir, do you want jr. member? I am not using my jr. member it's a waste if I just give it away.
If it's ok to you if it's just a jr. member just pm me sir,
Just want to ask if how much is a jr.member?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Buying and selling accounts isn't against the rules although it is frowned upon. If caught out the buyer will find the account is quickly tagged with negative trust and will be pretty much worthless.
