Its been a while since I have tried to send someone a Paypal payment who is based out of India, last time I tried (last year) there were dozens of restrictions for us (people with paypal accounts in India)
With that said, I am interested in buying small amounts from you say between $50 - $100. That is if your rates are close to / at / below market rates.
And for some reason if paypal does not work, I'd like to also try Payeer / Skrill if you'd accept that.
