Did you join the REBL voting campaign on Bit-z?
REBL send 9m tokens to Bit-z to distribute for voters and now Bit-z only distribute 700 REBL to lv3 verified account. What do you think? Is this a type of scam?

If you read pinned message in their telegram group they promised to fix this problem. Bit-z is acting like they are scammers. They changed the rule later maybe? Why only level 3? But REBL team is working very hard. I believe that they will handle it.

there is too many coin scam in coinmarketcap, CMC is not a benchmark that coin was not a scam. But i still believe rebl can solve this problem with bitz
